I decided to work on some illustrations today for Society6. I might paint this as an acrylic painting at some point, but I love how it turned out on the iPad. Available on many different items in my Society6 shop!

Happy Caturday! I made a new illustration of a kitty who has had one too many donuts with his morning coffee! In his defense, they were very tasty donuts! You can find this illustration on many items over in my Society6 shop!Β
Is it Memorial Day weekend yet? I’ve been waiting to start planting, and here in NW PA we’ve been told for the past 6 (or is it 7?) years that we’ve lived here, “Don’t plant before Memorial Day!” Why? Because frost. No kidding, it snowed just a few days ago. Ridiculous.
“The Potting Room”
An original illustration and watercolor painting.
It’s that time of year! Getting our seeds planted, with help from the cats of course. =P
Painted on Arches Watercolour, cold pressed, 300g/m2 140lb, 100% pure cotton, acid-free paper.Size 9″ x 12″ – sprayed with a matte varnish.
Thankfully, these cats didn’t have to wait, their plants were already potted, or being potted! I was going to start planting in the ground yesterday, but it poured all day. I’m thinking this might have been a sign. “Remember…Memorial Day…”
“Let’s Go Outside!”
-Painted with Golden acrylics.
-Approx. 10″ x 7 1/4″ x 1″ Piece of pine
-Topped with two coats of gloss varnish.
-Signed, titled, and dated on the back by me!
Little Ally wanted to play outside, and so did a couple of the cats! Together, they figured they could open the mudroom door. =P
Based off a picture of my daughter and Rosebud kitty, when it was too cold to play outside.
